This was my very first Feri Ritual ever! I always knew I had a deep connection with the Realm, but did not have enough confidence in myself. I asked Thorn if she thought a little bitty thing like me could handle it, and she said, "You'll do just fine." So I came, and am so very grateful that I did. My heart openned easily to this magick, to this Cooperative Creation. Everyone around me was an extention of the Devine. All were welcome.
Near the end, one of the attendees who was dancing with me in the great circle asked if I had been involved with these workings for a long time. When I replied that this was my first, she was shocked. I suppose I made an impression with her. Then we got separated, and I didn't get a chance to speak with her further. (If you're on this tribe, Sweetie, just drop me a line.)
I'll be seeking more knowledge and training now in the Seattle area. If anyone has some good recommendations, let me know.

As a teacher of Feri she ROCKS, I have always had a curiosity about the Trad and in her class I have learned quite a bit. As much about myself as the Trad. Thank you Jenya and I'm sorry you had to miss the Feri ritual at Con, but your support for me in the Brigid ritual that happened at the same time was very much appreciated.

Wed, February 22, 2006 - 4:44 PMI have to put my two cents in....The Feri Ritual ROCKED! As another "Feri" said to me it was "great to see the different 'lines' working together". I was pretty tired before the ritual, but boy did I electric "Blue" during that ritual.... I agree, "Powerful, beautiful, amazing"....

It was a joy to "cat herd" (read stage manage) that ritual and being the 'voice' calling the Star Goddess was intense, as I knew Storm was dancing Her in, but could not see him. The fiddle player who was 'in' on most of the music is a new student of mine and she said it was one of her two highest life-time musical moments. She adored working with Sharon Knight and Winter. For me, working with Thorn and the Valeries (2) and Dominic and Annar and Scott and Diana was a treat, as the Vanthi line was (for awhile) a bit isolated from the 'body Feri'. Happy to say that ain't so for FireDrakeFeri (out of Vanthi).
FYI, I was trained and intiated by Alison Harlow (Vanthi) and was her co-priestess for 13 years until she passed thru the veil in june 2004. Together she and I started a new line, FireDrakeFeri.
For those of ya'll who are not aware, that ritual was an amazing amalgum of many various and diverse Feri lines. Also, to my knowledge, never has Melek T'aus been called by any but Feri's or their students until that Sunday night at PanCon!!!!
If that was your first Feri ritual, you be the lucky/happy/wylde dogs!!!!

Thu, March 16, 2006 - 12:25 PMYou know, I have to say, that Ritual gave me the kick in the pants I needed again. I was having a hard time feeling things anymore during meditations and that Rit knocked me right back into line. Thank you to all.................especially Blue who jolted me when he danced by at one time and touched my face.
